Terms and Conditions of Service
In order to provide a reliable service we have respectfully constructed a set of terms to adhere to
Initial visit:
For your first visit there will be a one off charge to cover the additional time required to perform a deeper clean. This can vary and will be communicated up front as most first cleans are different.

What can I expect?
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt build up. If your windows have stickers, adhesive marks, scuffs stains or general building material stuck on etc then pure water won’t be effective. Please notify us in advance if there is anything other than general dirt that needs cleaning.
Frequency of cleaning
We currently operate on a monthly basis. We don’t give exact dates as many factors can affect the schedule such as equipment failure etc.
Additional work
If you require any additional work doing that is different than your routine booked in clean then please inform us more than 24hrs before the clean as we can assess and plan for it. If you normally have a front only clean and require the full property cleaning then we need to know so we can make sure we meet all our proposed appointments throughout the working day.
Accessibility
We contact you the day before cleans so please make sure we have access to all areas to be cleaned. If any areas are inaccessible, we will only clean what is possible. Please remove debris, or areas barricaded with bulky items and clean up all animal excrement. Our staff will respectfully take photographic evidence of any areas that are inaccessible or preventing them from completing the work effectively. In this situation we reserve the right to take full payment.
Weather conditions
As a full time operation, we clean all year round throughout the seasons. Therefore, we clean on a daily bases unless the conditions are too dangerous which we monitor on a daily bases. If we can’t make the visit we will contact you and rearrange for the next earliest opportunity to clean. We reserve the right to alter the day.
Turning us away
Turning us away or cancelling on the day of the clean is too late for us to replace your clean with another and we reserve the right to charge full price.
Ending our services
If for any reason you wish to cancel our services, you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by calling our office on 07818083000 or emailing us at reachwcs@gmail.com. We do not offer one off cleans, by using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.
Complaints
We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then aim to return the next working day or at the earliest point after and reclean. We operate a no refund policy; we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.
Payments
Customers joining our rounds are required to pay via our direct debit system Gocardless which can be set up on our pay by direct debit page. Payments are then automatically collected 5 days after each clean.
Customers booking one of our services such as gutter clearing who are not joining our regular rounds can pay by cash or bank transfer on the day.
